Last night, Channel 9 news reported on the upcoming international retail invasion. Whilst exciting for shoppers, the impending arrival of super retailers including Top Shop, Abercrombie & Fitch, Banana Republic, H&M and Sephora (and Anthropologie... please?) is sure to change the face of Australian retail forever. I personally welcome a change and look forward to having greater variety and choice. Sephora is one retailer that will provide significant variety to the beauty sector. Whilst holidaying in America recently, I made quite a few purchases from the skin care, makeup, hair and fragrance giant. My favourite of these purchases is a Korres Pomegranate face mask, in fact I have it on my face as I blog and can feel it working wonders on my tired Friday night skin. Korres is a Greek skincare label that actively seeks to produce 100% natural and organic skincare. You know, the type that is actually good for you and for the environment! They refrain from using any parabens, sulfates, synthetic dyes, petrochemicals, GMO or other nasties associated with many skincare products and each treatment has a high concentration of antioxidants, botanicals, essential oils, vitamins and minerals. After a good rinse and the application of a gentle aloe vera-based moisturiser, my skin will feel clean, soft and refreshed.
