love your body: carrot juice

I can't convey to you the physical benefits I'm feeling from juicing in the morning. Following a solid morning work out, they rehydrate, reenergise and are really delicious! Carrots are an essential juicing ingredient as they not only taste delicious, they're great for you too. Did you know that carrots help with disease prevention, healthy teeth and gums, glowing skin, anti-ageing and are cleansing?

what you'll need:
1 organic orange
2 small-medium organic carrots
1 small piece organic ginger
1 organic lemon
1 organic celery stalk

how to make it:
Wash ingredients well
Peel the orange and lemon
Put all ingredients through your juicer
Pour over ice
