For those of you who follow me on Instagram (@shes_dreaming), you'll know that this morning I started my new fitness campaign. I'm using the iPhone app 'Couch to 10km' and I'm hoping that I really stick with it and prove to myself that I can lift my fitness level to be able to run 10km. If you're anything like me, inspiration is worth a thousand words, and that's why I'm sharing my fitness inspiration (fitspiration, you might say) on the blog. Posting my goals here may just inspire you to do the same. I know it will certainly help me be accountable too!

I too have started a run/walk program (much like the couch-to-10K) with a goal of running a 5k on March 24. So far I'm up to run 2.5 min/walk 2 min X 9. Feeling pretty good. Keep up the good work! Will follow you for motivation and watch your progress.
