love your body: tasty tofu salad recipe

I've decided to explore more vegetarian dinner options as several of my friends have recently committed to a meat-free way of life. So, this means learning to cook tofu! Here is a delicious (and easy) vegetarian tofu salad for those just starting to experiment with tofu.

what you'll need:
350g organic tofu
1/2 cup corn flour
1/4 cup organic coconut oil
1 cup kale sliced finely
1/2 cup bean shoots
1/2 cup green beans
small handful coriander
1 tomato cut into wedges
1 small carrot sliced finely into strips
2 tablespoons honey
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce

how to make it:
prepare the vegetables as above
cut the tofu into cubes, roughly 3 cm square
coat the tofu in cornflour
heat the coconut oil in a large fry pan
add the tofu and cook each side until light golden
