love your body: tropical breakfast smoothie


There's something so refreshing about starting the day with a smoothie filled with delicious tropical fruits. I've woken up to the sound of rain on the roof (ergh...) so this morning, I'm trying some reverse psychology- it sounds like winter, but my smoothie says summer...

what you'll need:
1/2 cup coconut water
1/4 cup organic greek yoghurt
1/2 banana chopped and frozen*
1/4 large peach chopped and frozen
1 passionfruit, pulp frozen
1 teaspoon chia seeds

how to make it:
Put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and blend until smooth
Pour into a glass and enjoy!

*Preparation is the key here. I pre chop my fruit and freeze in zip lock bags (banana) and ice cube trays (passionfruit pulp).
